Who is this experience for?
The tour welcomes guests aged 21 and older travelling as couples, groups of friends, or on their own. It is for those who enjoy thoughtfully curated experiences, with transportation included and every detail considered, in an intimate setting where you feel welcomed and cared for throughout the day.
Do I need to arrive by Amtrak or book a hotel?
All Aboard for Wine & More is designed as a curated getaway with the wine tour at its heart. Our selected rail and hotel partners offer a seamless way to shape a longer stay.
Do I have to book everything at once?
No. Reserve your wine tour first so your experience date is set. You can then arrange Amtrak and a partner hotel around that date if you would like to extend your trip.
Which hotel partners are available?
The featured Old Town Alexandria stay partners are Morrison House and Hyatt Centric. Morrison House offers intimate historic character, while Hyatt Centric offers a bright, contemporary King Street stay.
Is transportation to the wineries included?
Yes. Public tours pick up from Pentagon City Metro Station and transport guests directly to the wineries. Private wine tours include direct transportation from partner hotels.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes. You can stay longer to explore Alexandria, King Street, the waterfront, and the broader Northern Virginia region at your own pace.
Are there age requirements?
